Is voltage in US different from Malaysia?Will it cause problems to use a laptop bought from US in Malaysia?
My laptop seems to be overheated every time i use direct power supply in Malaysia. Or could it be the processor that i am using which is AMD Turion 64 Dual Core???Thank you.

220 Volts in Malaysia = 220 Volts in US
Answer 2 :
US voltage 110 volts. Malaysia 220 volts. But the adaptor cable and for the rechargeable battery has a range from 100 volts to 240 volts. It can be operated safely in Malaysia
