how can i safely receive a dell xps 1310 laptop(1800$) from malaysia to the philippines without paying extra?
i was planning to buy the laptop online from the dell outlet in malaysia. i am told that the customs and tax that i will have to pay for a gadget of this price could be around 19000 pesos. noway am i going to pay that kinda money. i'd rather buy a return ticket to malaysia, buy the laptop there and come back. but is there any way i can get my laptop safely here without having to pay such a huge amount in customs and tax?

Not legaly. And if you found a way and they hear about it then you will pay the tax AND loose the laptop
