are all laptops region free?
i am planning on buying a laptop from indonesia thailand or malaysia.. i heard the dvd players or other thingz are not region free.. aparentli they do not work in other countries.. is this true? what do i need to do.. only answer if your sure please..

Laptops themselves are the parts that make it region free but its the DVD-Drive which it has that is region free or not. Most of the time there are ways to make the drive region free but you'll need to know what type of drive is inside the laptop first. After finding out the drive ur best of doing a quick google to check
