No. Plus if they did they would not have way to verify it either.

Microsoft is not paying them to do the checking, you think they bother? No money no extra work is the motto..

They won't bother....but they can claim other things....like pornography inside the disks...and they can tell by your reaction whether that is true or not.....then you will need to "loose some weight"....
