Answer 1 :
Ahh Superspeed USB ports. You need to purchase a USB SuperSpeed 3.0 card which is available in PCI and PCMCIA or CARDBUS. I'm surprised to hear someone ask about this as this technology has not yet caught on as mainstream.
Answer 2 :
you cant upgrade a laptops usb ports. in a desktop you can plug a pci card in that has usb 3,0 ports but laptops dont have those kind of sockets they have one for mobility graphics and thats it

Answer 2 :
RM2,500 for laptop.
Answer 3 :
rm3,000 should get you a half decent laptop.
Answer 4 :
RM6000
Answer 5 :
Laptops come from about RM2500 up to RM12,000. I don't know what you call 'decent' but for me that would be one around the RM4500-6000 mark. The same on a PC would cost you around RM1800-2500. When you are in Malaysia buy a newspaper such as the STAR, and you'll find lots of ads and promotions, or go to any shopping mall and visit a computer shop. Looking around and comparing prices, and discounts, is well worth while. As for gold, here in Sabah a gram of 98ct is around RM70 at the moment (in jewellery; say a ring is 2.5 grms, it would sell for RM175), but I don't know how much in Peninsular Malaysia, it might be a bit cheaper

Answer 1 :
The HP has better specs (faster processer, bluetooth capability, bigger screen, better graphics card.). But it also has Service Pack 1 which could really cause compatibility problems if you want to use older hardware with it like a webcam. That's what happened to me when I bought my new HP with SP1. I had to find a workaround to get my old webcam working with it. If that's not a concern for you, then I'd go with the HP. (Have no idea whether it makes a difference where it's manufactured.)
