i want to upgrade my new laptop which comes with window 7 starter pack... so, i want to buy window 7 home edition... where i can get cheapest window 7 in malaysia??

try looking at lowyat. you can always get deals there. if you want to save cost buy Windows 7 Home Premium OEM edition instead of the retail one. by way, for your information Windows 7 Home Basic edition is not offered in Malaysia.

I'm going to Malaysia in time for the Malaysia Mega Sale & I'll also be in Singapore too. I want to know where its much cheaper to buy a laptop? I'll be there for a limited time only so I need to get tips. Do I get a rebate if I arrive & leave from Malaysia when I buy something from Singapore? Does Malaysian government give rebates to tourist when they buy things in Malaysia? Can you guys give me an estimated price on good laptops with great specifications? I want to get a good bargain. Where do you guys think its cheaper to buy a laptop? Malaysia or Singapore? Should I decided to buy a laptop in Singapore, do I get a rebate at the bus station for KL since my return flight is in Malaysia. Do PC/ Laptop stores in Malaysia & Singapore credible? Could you give me stores with great price & won't scam with with faulty laptops? Thanks

Computer stuff you can get bargains at Low Yat Plaza around Bukit Bintang area. You can survey the prices over there, cos all the shops will be selling roughly the same stuff. Many shops will have advertised some of their products, so as long as you do your homework, you wont be cheated. Alternatively, you can search through Dell website to find a good bargain. Prices are also here for comparison. If you are patient, you'll wait for the PIKOM PC Fair. Excellent bargains for computers during that time. Unfortunately, I dont think you can get any rebate from Malaysia. Things are practically very cheap as it is.

I always buy computer and other stuff at Low Yat...My dad likes there...lot of stuff and good bargain..like the girl at the top said....you can't get rebate in Malaysia coz the price are very cheap.
