Portable Broadband Internet Connection (Laptop)?
Lately I purchased a new laptop and am currently looking for a way to connect to the internet from all over the world. Currently I'm in Malaysia and will be residing in Korea. Since I am new to this whole portable internet thing and am not good with the terms and gadgets that are available lately, please suggest a few ways for me to set up a portable internet connection and be able to use it from anywhere else in the world. If there are certain gadget names, please do name them. Thanks !

buying an AMD dual core laptop
buying an AMD dual core laptop?
Can anyone help me with these specs?? -at least 1.6 ghz -1.8 ram -screen 12.1-15.4 -256 of VRAM(or 512, better) -Hard drive 150 gb or higher -Good price -AMD dual core processor Preferably Hp, can any1 help me?? In malaysia.. Any1 noe where I can find a laptop with those specs? Anyone know a laptop with those specs or better?? slightly worse is acceptable..

Here's the spec: AMD Turion X2 dual-core mobile technology is made for mobility uniquely optimized to deliver better multi-tasking performance (yeah, they always exaggerated to sell) with Enhanced Virus Protection (EVP) protection. AMD Turion X2 2.0G (TL60 with 2x 512Kb Cache) 512MB or 1GB Ram for system memory (more than enough to play my Solitaire) 160GB 2.5" hard disk (big enough to store data and games) 256MB or 384MB for graphic display (I'm curious, is it built-in integrated of dedicated? there'sa huge differences on both) Between 14" and 15.4 Wide WXGA LCD screen Wifi or Buetooh or both for net connection and bluetooh for wireless devices Standar 56K modem and NIC (included should you're still using dial-up connection) USB port, firewire port If it says Intel graphics, Nvidia or ATI or anything integrated that refers to graphics card (and sharing RAM with your system RAM) DVD burner could be DVD-RW (RW is acceptable) or DVD-RAM (better than RW but less use by user, works like any normal floppy disk but fast) check here to find out more of DVDRAM: http://articles.directorym.com/DVD_RAM-a39.html If the package is only offering DVD but no RW or RAM, then you are wasting your money because it only offers CDRW to be precise. I need to add that if you can, go for Intel chipset cos the fastest AMD is commonly believed to be slower than the Intel. Hope that helps.

try ACER re sailer around your area. not only ACER but try other company such as DELL or TOSHIBA. they should have the info u need
