are the lenses or glasses better for eyes?
i am wearing eyeglasses,myopia it began as 1 and increased to 4 as long as i use laptop most time my eye vision becomes worse i have heard that lenses are risky because you can catch an infection ALSO what about wearing lenses in hot weather? is it ok? i live in malaysia where summer is only a season

contact lenses can be no worse for your eyes than glasses if you take care of them properly, nowadays most lenses are disposable but if you get non-disposable ones keep them very clean and don't wear them for too long at one time, lenses let some oxygen through but your eyes need to take big breaths from time to time as well i've never found that hot weather affected how comfortable my lenses were, cold and windy is the worst, the lenses dry out and make your eyes water
