why some website can online but only 1 website cant open?
my friend from malaysia bring his own laptop go to ireland study but unitl now only 1 website cant open...is internet banking online. anything that make the website been blocked? because i check from malaysia local bank that any place u go can online the internet bank online. pls help me

If it is a Malaysian bank only, they may have blocked all other countries to prevent theft. If this is the case you will need to either somehow obtain a Malaysian IP address or use a SECURE proxy that uses a Malaysian IP

you check your system security like firewall or internet options and try changing security setting

May be your window firewall found any security threat against that website or your browsing server detect some kind of problem
